A Message About Love from the Other Side of the Veil
Have you heard of automatic writing or spiritual writing? This is the process of turning off the thinking brain and writing from your heart, stream of consciousness style. Some say that you can channel the wisdom from spirit guides, angels, and passed loved ones by using this method. At the very least, I believe it to be your higher self that emerges on the pages.
In today’s episode, I share a message that came to me during one of my recent automatic writing sessions. The message came from my advisory council of spirit guides and the message is to “be the love.” In this episode, you and I are instructed on how exactly we are to do that.
Thanks for listening!

If you're looking for more clarity in your life, clarity of purpose, or how to activate that purpose, and you are someone who wants to operate from your highest self to be a force for good, you know this world craves, then this is the show for you. I'm Anita Adams, your host and guide to finding clarity and creating a life you love. Let's tap into our inner wisdom, access our highest self, and unleash joy. As we do this, we raise our vibration and heightened the collective consciousness. And that, my friend, is the joyful journey. Let's dive in. Hey, dreadful journeyers. And either Adams here, your host, and I've got something a little different for you today. Have you heard of automatic writing? This is the process of turning off the thinking brain and writing from your heart stream of consciousness style. It's a really interesting process and a brilliant way to tap into inner wisdom. Some say and I believe this to be true that you can channel the wisdom from spirit guides, angels and past loved ones by using this method. At the very least, it's your higher self that emerges on the pages. Automatic writing is part of my morning routine and includes a beautiful ritual of giving thanks and inviting God angels and Lightworkers to guide my writing. It has become a powerful tool that has guided me in creating some of these episodes in writing my book. And in designing my coaching program. Something that has been coming up a lot in my writing lately. Almost annoyingly, so. Is the subject of love. Yesterday when I asked the same question I always ask when I start this process, what do you have to share with me today? I got the same answer I always get you are loved. Instead of just saying thanks, which I typically do. I decided to press it a little. That seems to be an important message you keep wanting to share with me, I responded? Is it just the greeting you'd like to give? Or do you feel I need to believe it more believe that I am loved. You need to believe it more came the response. Really get it to the core of your essence. It's not just that we love you. You are Love. You embody love, you must live in that space always and guide others to live there too. Hmm. As it seems the lessons I've been downloading about love or not just for me, I thought I'd devote this episode to sharing what was given to me and to give it to you. What follows is the conversation I had with what I'd like to refer to as my team or my advisory council. My advisory council consists of people I deeply admire some living today like the Dalai Lama, some long dead like Jesus Christ and say Baba, I also have a few family members on this council who I've lost, including my grandma, and my uncle John. There's also one individual on the council, a young, indigenous boy who tells me that he's me from a past life. Before I go any further, I feel compelled to tell you that a mere two years ago, I would have thought communicating with spirits and angels was a bit too out there for my liking. And certainly not something I would ever attempt to do or god forbid, admit to doing publicly. So much has changed for me in the last few years. I'm not the same person I was, the woman I've become is much more open to all sorts of possibilities. And that openness has also led to a heart full of love and joy. I can't help thinking that my openness has played a big role in how beautiful my life has become. Every word that is about to follow is an unedited copy of what I wrote during my automatic writing session. So here it goes. messages about love from the other side of the veil.
Anita Adams:Learn to love yourself deeply. To love yourself is to truly know yourself. And to truly know yourself you must look inward How do you learn to love yourself by getting to know yourself, you can learn to know yourself better by continuing your walks in nature, journaling, meditating, doing yoga, and explore the things that trigger you and figure out why you were triggered go deep. Every time to understand these triggers. You are a divine creature, you are part of God and God is part of who you are. So if you have a hard time fully loving yourself, start there. Imagine a speck of light within and focus on that light, nourish it, give it attention, give it love, and it will grow like a beautiful plant within. It will blossom and spread through your body. The more attention you give that light, the more time you invest with it and with getting to know yourself, the better that light will shine. When you learn to love yourself deeply, you unlock much of your life. That love enables you to go deeper into the understanding of self it allows you to shine a light in those dark corners of your soul and hold out ahead to the child within that Love opens your ears so you can better hear the whispers of your soul. More than that that love gives power to your soul voice so it speaks loud and clear and you no longer need to strain to hear it. That love enables you to unquestionably trust that soul voice that is guiding you. Love of self gives you the confidence you need to step into your purpose and fulfill your mission. That love of self gives you permission to be 100% authentically, unabashedly you and in so being you unleash a deep joy that transcends pain. So the question of course is how how to how do you learn to love yourself so deeply? By making this your single focus by making this your mission by making you number one? This goes against everything we've been taught to believe it feels selfish and somehow wrong. And yet, this is the answer. This is how you become kinder, more giving compassionate human beings by loving yourself first, your ability to love others is restricted by your ability to love yourself. You cannot create a healthy loving world without loving yourself first, hate wouldn't be possible if you truly loved yourself. So how do you develop that kind of love? What are what are the things we can do to create that love of yourself. Make yourself a priority to learn about who you are by investing time to understand your likes and desires to try on ways of being to get clear about your values. Connect with nature and recognize the divinity from within. Ask yourself who do I want to be? What do I want and why does it matter and listen to what bubbles up. Really listen journal journal about the future version of you who loves who you are and loves your life deeply journal about that person in the present tense, using I am statements. Notice what triggers you things other people say or do and then go inward and explore why this is a big part of how you get to understand yourself better. When you learn to love yourself deeply like this, then you become unstoppable. You can then do anything your heart desires. This is when the possibilities for your life truly become limitless. Love is the answer. Love is the key that unlocks the door to everything you desire in life. First, you must love yourself deeply then you must respond with love to every situation that happens. Every situation that happens be love. Be Love. Be the love the light, the love. God is that light and love within you expressing itself through you.
Anita Adams:How does love Feel? Feel it in your heart, feel it expand and expand and expand. It's a frequency of vibrational frequency that you and every living thing are part of expand that love to influence your life. It comes back the more you put it out there it comes back to you lift the veil through love. How can you love more? Ask yourself this question every day throughout the day. How can I love more? How can I be love? What does that look like? Explore being love in all that you do your words, your actions, your expressions, how you eat what you put in your body, how you think. Be Love with everything you are and do choose love. Ask what does love choose? What does love choose? Love chooses Love, Love chooses joy, love chooses honor, Love chooses commitment to Self Love chooses compassion, love chooses love. Today, focus on that feeling of being loved and of being loved. You are Love. Let it emanate from your beingness in everything you do. Notice everything around you and look at it all with loving care. Feel the love in your heart, expand your heart. Choose all your words with love, every single word. Be Love Itself. Allow the feelings of love to wash through you allow it to be like a light that radiates out of your fingertips, your navel, your toes, out of your eyes fill the room you are in with a pulsating love. Let's explore what it means to be love, be love is expansion, it is loving what is it is accepting what is it is noticing what is it is awareness of thoughts even when the less loving thoughts come in. Give your Higher Self permission to run the show. And when a less loving thought comes in recognize that's not you. That's not your Higher Self, your higher self will allow that thought to come through and then she'll open the door to allow it to leave your higher self is not forcing anything she is simply allowing What is this is love. Pure acceptance for what is your Higher Self may have to have some pep talks with that other self from time to time. Allow that to allow your higher self to be the leader and simply notice when the other self emerges. Pay attention. Your higher self make choices that are aligned with your greatest good and the highest good for all. Those choices will include the word spoken the actions taken the food eaten, let your higher self be the captain of your ship and simply notice how the day unfolds, how you are guided. This is where my lesson on love ended. And when it concluded, I decided to take the advice given and at least for the day I set the intention to be love in everything I did. I became deeply aware of all my actions, with all my choices coming from that place of love. It was a beautiful experience. I noticed my thoughts drifting to less loving thoughts a few times. And I would just catch myself notice the thought and allow it to pass. I also got frustrated a few times with silly little things like repeatedly spilling stuff while cooking. Again, I caught myself getting frustrated and chose to be the love instead by accepting what is and not putting myself down and calling myself clumsy, which I would typically do. And instantly I dissipated those feelings of frustration. I put out expressions of love to others in my life, my husband, friends, family, and came back in spades. That felt really good. I lived a day of being the love. And I will continue to make love the choice. It's an interesting exercise and one I'd encourage you to try. The deeper the love you have for yourself, the more truly is possible for your life and the more beautiful and joyful it will be. I hope you enjoyed this episode. Feel free to reach out with any questions or comments. And thanks for tuning in. We'll catch you next time.
